A private residence carved into the hillside. Shaded courtyards, thick walls and framed views — built to hold its temperature, its silence and its value for generations.

Local stone, lime plaster and oak — materials that age instead of wearing out

Four seasons, one climate

The house is designed to stay between 21 and 26 degrees all year with almost no mechanical support — a benchmark we intend to make standard in every E.F.G. home.

Private viewings

Follow the build up close. Registered guests are invited to site visits at every milestone — foundations, topping out, and first light through the finished frames.

The making-of film

The entire build is being documented. In 2027, everyone who followed the project will be invited to the premiere of The Ridge House film in Athens.
